Mediamatic and has set up small green houses along the Oosterdok River that allows for an intimate dinner for two. The project is names Serres Separees and is a play on the French phrase chamber separee for private dining areas.

The restaurant is offering a four course dining experience courtesy of wait staff wearing personal protective wear and are delivering the dishes on the end of long wooden planks. This allows the dinner to safely eat out without and still maintain social distancing.
This restaurant was founded in Amsterdam in 1983 and is involved in organizing talks, events and special projects around nature, science, biotech and art from its riverside location. The restaurant hopes that this model could be a way for other restaurants or cafes to open their doors during this global pandemic and help give relief to both diners and business owners.
