Your guided tour today begins at Prague Castle, the largest walled fortress on the planet, before making your way to St Vitus’s Cathedral. Then, you'll cross over Vltava River on the iconic Charles Bridge, before moving through the narrow cobbled lanes and hidden courtyards of the Old Town.

Now familiar with the city, enjoy a day at your own pace! Much awaits within the Jewish Quarter, or be as one at the John Lennon Wall – a tribute to the former Beatle and peace campaigner. This evening, why not learn about Prague’s long-held passion for beer? Then, perhaps indulge in traditional Czech food, such as pork chilli, sauerkraut, dumplings and lots of gravy.

Another day, another rail adventure! Today, you’ll follow the railway tracks south across the Austrian border on the way to Vienna. On arrival, be treated to a guided tour of the Ringstrasse and Old Town Hall, en route to your hotel in the lively 7th district.
