Qantas Adds Seven New Domestic Routes
In breaking news today, Australia's flagship carrier, Qantas has announced seven new routes across it's domestic service.
New routes include Sydney to Uluru, Perth to Gold Coast, Adelaide to Cairns/Hobart, Townsville to Adelaide/Melbourne and Sydney.
The announcement means that customers "now have 45 ore routes to fly than we had pre-COVID, making it easier for them to get to their next holiday or business meeting", said Qantas Domestic and International CEO Andrew David.
Qantas' Embraer E190 regional jets will operate on five of the routes, while Airbus A330-200 jets will flights into Darwin from Sydney and Brisbane, and also into Perth from Sydney and Melbourne.
