Cover-More had offered travel customers 75% of the gross amount paid as a refund, but is now set to provide 100% refunds for travel insurance policies with travel dates 24 March – 17 September 2020, which covers departures during the Australian government ban on international travel.
Active single trip policies for both domestic and international travel will now be refunded and previously processed policy refunds will be topped up from 75% to 100%.
Customers who had chosen a credit-note instead of refund will now also have the option of a full refund.
